4ME4YOU features designer “GMBH” during Berlin Fashion Week AW25.

GmbH, founded by Isik and Huseby in 2016 in Berlin, uses fashion as a medium to respond to global events. Drawing from their experiences as children of immigrants in Europe, GmbH quickly developed a cult following with its brutalist silhouettes designed to both enhance and protect the body, all while being deeply rooted in their heritage and multicultural community. At the heart of GmbH is the art of storytelling through garment making.

ABOUT THE SHOW

Benjamin Alexander Huseby and Serhat Isik made their Berlin Contemporary debut with their GmbH collection “Resistance Through Rituals” on the terrace of Tempodrom, as part of the Intervention Showcase by Reference Studio. Friends and models of the designers showcased looks symbolising strength and combat readiness, featuring tailored boxing-style jackets, patchwork tops, ultra-short shorts, asymmetrical dresses, and boots with extra-wide shafts.

“Resistance Through Rituals” addresses the resurgence of fascism and its societal impacts. Through tailored and boxing-inspired designs, GmbH captures the spirit of resistance, celebrating those who dedicate their lives to the cause.
