For Copenhagen Fashion Week AW26, Danish designer BONNETJE explores the art of creation through disassembly and reinvention with his collection titled Cadavre Exquis. Named after the surrealist game of the same name, Cadavre Exquis embraces fragmentation, collaboration, and trust, bringing together elements of intuition and dialogue to shape a collection that evolves over time. This collection is not defined by finished forms, but by the fluidity of ideas that emerge and transform as they come together.
The heart of BONNETJE’s AW26 collection lies in the suit—traditionally a symbol of authority and structure. In his hands, it becomes something entirely different.
