MY PROCESS

Denisa, known as the Architect of Synthetic Realities, is a multidisciplinary creator working at the intersection of computational design, architecture, digital art, game animation, and education.

A pioneer of emerging AI methodologies, her practice weaves artificial intelligence, parametric systems, and speculative storytelling into immersive ecosystems of luminous entities and techno-organic worlds,what she defines as possibilityscapes.

In 2003, Denisa founded AGAD Studio, initially delivering built architecture and interior projects locally, while progressively expanding her practice into AR/VR environments, digital characters, and experimental garments. Her work bridges physical and virtual realms, redefining spatial experience through advanced computational processes.

In collaboration with Illusorr, a Dubai-based creative studio pioneering immersive digital experiences, Denisa participated in the First Metaverse Architecture Biennale, presenting the virtual environment SWIRLSCAPE 2.0.

In 2023, she was invited to speak at CD NEXT 15, a prestigious conference organized by Parametric Architecture and DesignMorphine, focused on the future of computational design in architecture.

For the event, Denisa created a walkable 4D fractal architecture, allowing visitors to physically navigate an evolving spatial construct. She is also a member tutor at DesignMorphine, the international creative design hub offering workshops, lectures, and accredited Master of Science programs in computational and advanced design.

Her innovative work at the intersection of AI and digital design has received international recognition. In 2024, she received an Honorable Mention for Prompt of the Year from OpenPrompters. In 2025, she was named a Finalist in the AI Design Awards in the category Motion – Experimental & Abstract, and also received Special Recognition in the category Image – Sci-Fi & Fantasy for her work ESSE, which will be exhibited in Barcelona, Spain.

In 2025, Denisa’s work was exhibited in the DIGITALISM section at the Saatchi Gallery, London, during the British Art Fair. In January 2026, her work was exhibited at Unbound, an exhibition of The Alchemical, the first virtual gallery based in Melbourne, Australia, and simultaneously in Basel, Switzerland, under AVGD Gallery as part of the Art in Motion 2 exhibition.
