Forza Collective at Copenhagen Fashion Week 2025
Forza Collective, the Copenhagen-based luxury fashion house helmed by founder and creative director Kristoffer Kongshaug, unveiled its Fall/Winter 2025 collection, Juxtapositions, during Copenhagen Fashion Week. Known for its architectural silhouettes, refined craftsmanship, and conceptual minimalism, the brand once again delivered a deeply expressive and meticulously constructed offering that navigated the space between strength and softness, heritage and innovation — all within its signature Scandinavian aesthetic.
With Juxtapositions, Kongshaug explored the interplay between structure and fluidity. Drawing inspiration from the elegance of the 1920s and 1930s — particularly the era’s draped forms and dropped waistlines — he infused these historical elements with the pared-back sophistication of the 1990s, a defining influence on the Forza aesthetic. The result was a collection rooted in contrast: vintage silhouettes reimagined through a contemporary lens, where tension became beauty.
The colour palette, restrained yet impactful, served as a canvas for the brand’s hallmark techniques, intricate tailoring, textural play, and subtle, emotive detailing. Each piece exuded quiet confidence, a nuanced dialogue between past and present, precision and sentiment.
Reflecting on his inspiration, Kongshaug shared: “I fell in love with French illustrations from old magazines dated back to the 1920s and 30s featuring draping and a lot of focus on a dropped waistline. They were either very strict and structured, or 360 degrees. I like the idea of bringing these to life, and placing them in a more contemporary and modern setting.”
With Juxtapositions, Forza Collective reasserted its place at the forefront of Danish luxury design, a brand committed to timeless craftsmanship and emotional clarity, seamlessly bridging eras with modern precision and poetic restraint.
